Public Questions:

1.            Georgina Parke

Question: What does it take to organise and agree a budget and implementation framework for Theobald House to have 24/7 on the door concierge and also the appointment of a building manager?’

 

2.            Emma Salcombe

Question: Following the fire at Theobald House to which the council have reported that the fire was due to an Electric scooter. Are the Council looking at by laws to remove such items that use these batteries that seem to be the cause of many fires that are happening across the country?

 

3.         Charles Harrison

Question: I note that the Draft Housing Strategy, under this afternoon’s agenda item 64 and covering the next 5 years, makes several references to 'affordable housing'. Would you please clarify exactly what you mean by 'affordable', and how this relates to average or median household incomes in the City and would you please explain what you mean, in report item 3.6 on page 430 by 'We will work to increase the number of affordable homes using the full range of levers at our disposal' ?"
